We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team including scheduling meetings managing calendars and preparing documents.
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings screening applications and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Help with onboarding new employees including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferably within HR.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
