Job Summary:
The City of Aberdeen is seeking a FullTime Administrative Clerk to provide essential administrative support to the City Clerks Office. This role includes overseeing various office functions maintaining records and ensuring compliance with city policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the City Clerks Office.
- Assist with Worker s Compensation issues.
- Oversee communication processes for the City Clerk s Office.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Use Microsoft Office or similar software applications efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of records per city policies and procedures.
- Handle monetary and legal matters associated with the positions responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software applications is required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to city policies and procedures.
