Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive maturity assessments of business continuity and resilience identifying gaps and developing remediation plans to enhance continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Lead and manage Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Risk Assessment activities ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Define and implement effective continuity and resilience strategies tailored to the organizations needs.
- Design implement and maintain a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) including the development of supporting documentation frameworks.
- Draft and update Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Crisis Management Plans ensuring readiness for potential disruptions.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) related to business continuity and information security.
- Support the development and of BCM tests and exercises ensuring continuous improvement of resilience strategies.
- Provide support in the design and delivery of BCM training initiatives to improve organizational awareness and preparedness.
Requirements:
- 46 years of experience in Business Continuity and/or Disaster Recovery projects within structured and complex organizations.
- Indepth knowledge of methodologies frameworks and standards in Business Continuity Information Security and Data Protection such as:
- ISO 22301 DRI Professional Practices BCI Good Practice Guidelines ISO 27001 NIST PCIDSS GDPR.
- Proficiency in the use of the MS Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Word etc.).
- Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM) Cyber Security and Information Security.
- Experience conducting Business Impact Assessments (BIA) developing and managing Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and overseeing Disaster Recovery efforts.

- Expertise in Business Continuity Management and Information Security practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to perform gap analysis and develop robust remediation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to draft clear and effective documentation and plans.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement continuity and resilience strategies across the organization.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in Business Continuity or Information Security (e.g. CBCP CRISC CISSP).
- Experience in risk management and crisis response.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Security Cybersecurity Risk Management or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage and lead continuity and resilience programs within complex organizations.
