As a Relationship Manager youll be the face of our studio engaging with potential customers partners and stakeholders from around the world. Youll be building meaningful connections driving customer acquisition and playing a key role in the growth of our business. Youll need to be highly engaging and able to quickly earn the trust of the people you speak with. Ideally youll also have some knowledge of technology especially in Web3 and blockchain to speak our customers language.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with global clients and partners in the Web3 industry.
Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Engage with customers through email calls social media and inperson events.
Travel frequently to Web3 conferences and represent our venture studio to a global audience.
Understand customer needs and work closely with internal teams to offer tailored solutions.
Assist with pitching and presenting our services to new clients.
Stay updated on Web3 blockchain and software development trends.
2 years of experience in sales business development or relationship management ideally in tech or Web3 industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Web3 blockchain or a willingness to quickly learn the basics.
Ability to think strategically and proactively identify business opportunities.
Comfortable with networking and representing the company at industry events including international travel.
A smart techsavvy and charming personality that can win over clients and partners.
