Responsibilities:
- Implement the brand specific visual merchandising guideline and standards
- Developing floor plans and maximize visual impact by coordinating store display in line with brand guidelines and strategy
- Arranges merchandise signage fixtures and instore layout guide
- Taking Photograph in every changes done in the merchandise display
- Coordinate with suppliers to print and produce monthly assets in line with new launch promotion and business requirements
- Maximizing placement of new lines remerchandising the store when new trends build
- Creates layout of the store according to its categories
- Ensures proper merchandising of the items
- Collect review and feedback of the merchandise and other responsibilities
- Working closely with operations and brand management team to increase sales
- Working with Head of VM and Sales team to achieve commercial goals
- Involve in PreOpening of the stores and timely visit to ensure that brands standard are properly implemented and followed
- Conduct daily training with the sales team in order to maintain the visual merchandising standards and to replenish stocks whenever required
- Daily communication with retail team in regards to business requirements
- Prepare daily/weekly report based on store visit changes or updates
Requirements:
- An eye for creativity and the ability to strategize visually appealing store displays with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
- 5 years experience in a similar role within retail environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Solid experience in field visual merchandising including signs interior displays and space utilization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problemsolving capabilities with the ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Able to speak Arabic is a plus
- Having a car and being able to drive is a plus
