Are you an and nbsp;Installer and nbsp;or and nbsp;Technical Support professional and nbsp;in the field of physical and nbsp;security systems Do you have experience working with and nbsp;CCTV alarms fire detectors and IoT Would you thrive in an international company setting If so we have an exciting opportunity for you in our partners office in and nbsp;Budapest Hungary.
We are seeking a and nbsp;Technical Support Specialist and nbsp;to become a secondline advisor for our Resellers and Installation teams focusing on Security Systems in the Hungarian market. Join our partner a leading European distributor of Security Solutions and contribute to the technical expertise that supports our business growth.
This role is not a traditional helpdesk position but rather an officebased focal point for addressing more sophisticated technical topics. As a technical expert you will respond to queries using the knowledge gained from provided training.
Description:
- Provide technical support to partners and customers offering presales technical assistance and aftersales support services.
- Contribute to the development of educational programs manuals and materials for partners and colleagues.
- Prepare technical presentations and demonstrations of the product line.
- Collaborate with the sales team as the key technical advisor identifying and resolving technical issues throughout the sales process.
- Offer optimal solutions for technical security and safety equipment.
- Stay updated on new technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A high degree of teamwork responsibility flexibility and proactivity.
- Ability to execute corporate goals.
- Affinity for new technologies and a willingness to continuously improve.
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package and the Internet.
- Fluency in Romanian and English.
