Job Description

Our client a leading technology company specializing in innovative security solutions is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join their team. In this role the Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for introducing new product features to customers assisting them in selecting and configuring products and providing technical support to resolve any issues they encounter.


Description

  • Introduce new product features to customers and assist them in selecting and configuring products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and help solve technical problems.
  • Train customers technical staff to improve their technical skills.
  • Understand and consolidate customer demands for products and provide feedback to the product department for improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to analyze customers practical needs and provide complete project solutions.
  • Assist in project completion and bidding work including helping customers prepare tender documents and project tenders according to required standards.
  • Support sales in determining the operational phase of projects understanding the real project status forecasting project risks and seeking solutions.
  • Coordinate resources to provide technical support.


Requirements


  • Background in network communications computers or related fields.
  • More than 2 years of related experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer Desktop Support Engineer IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
  • Good understanding of computer systems mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide stepbystep technical help both written and verbal.
  • BS degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English.
