Job Summary

We are looking for a talented experienced business development professional to specialize in the companys staffing services in the Records Retrieval and Legal Services industry. We offer an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastestgrowing nearshore staffing organizations in Legal Services. Amalga offers a competitive base salary aggressive commission plan and a comprehensive benefits program. This position will be responsible for identifying and generating new business for our Records Retrieval and Legal Services division through outside sales activities such as prospecting telemarketing territory planning cold calls and relationship building.

The Business Development Representative will be based in California.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives for medium to large size accounts
  2. Utilize a consultative sales approach and follow a strategic market plan to develop new business.
  3. Perform a high volume of outbound marketing calls and garner weekly appointments.
  4. Visit prospective clients in person to set up appointments
  5. Make formal sales presentations and followup calls to prospective new business accounts.
  6. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by AMALGA and awareness of the competition

Qualifications

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent business experience
  • 13 years of sales experience
  • Motivated to pick up the phone and visit prospective clients. Comfortable handling rejection
  • Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills
