Responsibilities:- Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements.
- Support project management activities including documentation and reporting.
- Conduct market research to inform operational strategies.
- Help prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for operational enhancement.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Operations Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Previous internship or project experience in operations or analytics is a plus.
- Salary: $18 $25 per hour commensurate with experience and education level.
