We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships by overseeing order fulfilment addressing client queries and ensuring aftersales satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to problemsolving strong communication skills and the ability to understand and resolve client issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all client leads are effectively managed postorder placement.
Maintain client satisfaction through proactive aftersales service and regular feedback collection.
Oversee the client service process from order receipt to payment collection.
Resolve client queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Provide information and support to clients regarding company products or services.
Act as the main point of contact for client complaints and work to resolve them promptly.
Key Skills:
Strong followup abilities and a polite customerfocused disposition.
Confident communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to understand client needs and respond accordingly.
Proactive approach with thorough knowledge of products and services.
Availability for client calls as needed.
