Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our team within the Voice/NonVoice Financial Technology BPS processes. The ideal candidate will bring 12 years of relevant experience in BPS customer processes ensuring operational excellence client satisfaction and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for overseeing daytoday operations managing client relationships and enhancing team performance. This role requires strong leadership skills multigeo experience and an ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team within the Voice/NonVoice sectors ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational excellence.
- Oversee daily operations including client relationship management issue resolution and process optimization.
- Leverage extensive experience in Financial Technology BPS processes to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements and meet client expectations.
- Ensure effective communication and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 12 years of proven experience in BPS customer processes.
- Multigeo experience preferred.
- Strong team and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency is a plus.
- Comfortable with rotational 24/7 shifts and offs.
- BFSI customer service experience preferred.
- Fluency in Dutch Norwegian Swedish Finnish or German along with strong English skills.
