Job Overview: NorwegianSpeaking Customer Lifecycle Manager
Location: M laga Spain
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary


Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Norwegianspeaking Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team in M laga. In this role you will be the first point of contact for many customers delivering an exceptional first impression and laying the foundation for longterm customer relationships. You will manage the sales process from lead to purchase serving as the main point of contact for our clients. Your goal is to help small and medium businesses across industries identify and meet their needs using leading cloud technologies particularly Microsoft solutions.
As a key player in customer engagement you ll ensure successful sales strategies overcome objections and secure wins through upselling and crossselling. You ll position competitive offerings demonstrate the value of cloud solutions and manage a high volume of leads through strategic sales methods like BANT. Meeting and exceeding revenue targets is key and you ll do this through a high level of activity across various digital and communication channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first contact point for customers delivering a strong first impression and building longterm relationships.
  • Lead sales strategies from lead generation to purchase serving as the main customer contact.
  • Engage small and medium businesses to assess needs and provide solutions particularly Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Maximize upsell and crosssell opportunities in collaboration with other specialists.
  • Demonstrate how customers can leverage Microsoft technologies to capture value.
  • Turn qualified leads into revenue opportunities using criteria like BANT.
  • Meet targets for new revenue pipeline and usage with high daily activity (6090 activities/day).
  • Use digital video phone and other tools to reach and manage customers.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform business strategies.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; BA/4year degree preferred.
  • 23 years of sales experience with a proven track record. At least 1 year of IT industry and sales account management experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Office 365 Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques including experience in retail sales or internships.
  • Selfstarter with a track record of exceeding performance goals.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (C2 level).
