Job Description

Overview:

The role of a Client Coordinator is crucial in facilitating communication and managing relationships between the company and its clients. This position plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth coordination of services ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings appointments and followups.
  • Manage client databases and ensure accurate and uptodate information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.
  • Address client concerns and provide effective solutions or escalate issues as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports on client activities feedback and performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support for clientrelated documentation and paperwork.
  • Participate in client events trade shows and presentations as a representative of the company.
Basic knowledge of marketing advertising and branding
Primary knowhow of Rajkot and various industries of Rajkot
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have a keen eye for detail
Accurate delivery of the message from one end to another end
A professional and friendly demeanour

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in a clientfacing or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Problemsolving skills with a customerfocused approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of client relationship management principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
