Job Description

Role: Executive Assistant

Salary: As per Exp

Immediate Joiner Preferred


Overview:

The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in providing highlevel support to executives by managing schedules coordinating meetings handling correspondence and performing various administrative tasks. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the executives office and facilitating effective communication and organization within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Prepare reports presentations and documents
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decisionmaking
  • Assist in budget planning and expense tracking
  • Facilitate effective communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Organize and maintain executive office and files
  • Coordinate special events and projects as assigned
  • Provide administrative support to executive team as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and staff
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as required
  • Manage adhoc projects and tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience managing complex calendars and travel itineraries
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them
