Job Description

Job Brief:

Leapswitch Networks is looking for a Account executive Inside sales who can cultivate opportunities for the developmentof the business and plans strategies to target potential clients and customers. Inside sales team is the cornerstone of any successful organization because they ultimately generate new revenue by getting client business referrals network and web leads and provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed. Therefore they need to upgrade themselves regularly with current industry trends and maintain good relations with potential business entrepreneurs.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients accounts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical contacts
  • Identifying qualifying and securing business opportunities
  • Creating a sales pipeline while working on preidentified accounts
  • Ability to handle sales requests from clients on phone/ email/ On Site.
  • Maintaining existing customers relationship management
  • Helping new customers to pick the plan that works best for their business.
  • Answering potential client questions and followup calls
  • Helping to upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.

Ss Required:

  • Comfortable making calls and talking to new people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ss the ability to call connect and interact withclients
  • Persuasive and goaloriented
  • Possesses an energetic outgoing and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales clients and territories
  • Selfmotivated and selfdirected
  • Able to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Indepth understanding of company services and their position in the industry
  • Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent ytical and timemanagement ss
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potentialclient
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer ss including Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel).
