Overview:
We are hiring experienced ServiceNow professionals across multiple modules for remote positions. The roles are suited for individuals with a background in IT service management (ITSM) and the ServiceNow platform. Each module requires skilled developers a module lead and a chief architect to lead the entire effort.
Modules:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Security Operations (SecOps)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- IT Business Management (ITBM)
Module Lead (810 years of experience):
- Oversee a team of developers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
- Coordinate between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Review and guide the technical work of developers ensuring adherence to project requirements.
- Plan schedule and allocate work across the team.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure implementation of best practices.
- Act as a mentor to junior developers.
Skills Required:
- Handson experience in ServiceNow with a deep understanding of at least one module.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification is a plus.
