Job Description
A solid engineer who can learn things on your own and has an eye for clean tested and welldocumented code. This role requires you to lead tech and be very handson.
Responsibilities:
- Build clean concise APIs for customer integrations along with the documentation.
- Set up run scale and maintain infrastructure.
- Foolproof security across the stack encryption hashing privacy VPC etc.
- Infrastructure as code build terraform scripts and ensure easy replication of the infra across different regions.
- Manage production deployments logging and monitoring.
- Set up oncall processes.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Take ownership of the tech stack from infra to APIs and UIs and optimize for both developer productivity and product performance.
Requirements:
- Typescript for APIs.
- Python APIs for AI/ML and documents and image processing.
- AWS GCP and Terraform.
- We expect at least 5 years of experience preferably in earlystage startups.
- Understand the fundamentals of building and integrating APIs and secure systems.
- We expect you to have worked with earlystage companies before (0 to 1 or 1 to 10) have an extremely strong bias for action and have built and/or scaled systems from scratch.
- We expect you to know about Generative AI and LLMs.
- An ideal candidate should have tinkered with different models and understand the different problems around hallucinations token optimizations etc.
