Interpret project briefs blueprints and specifications.
Develop project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans.
2. Design and Documentation:
Collaborate with architects designers and contractors to ensure design integrity.
Prepare and review civil interior design drawings specifications and BOQs.
3. Site Management:
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress quality and safety.
Coordinate with contractors suppliers and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
4. Quality Control and Assurance:
Implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
5. Project Coordination:
Liaise with clients architects engineers and contractors to ensure project deliverables.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g. electrical mechanical) to ensure integrated project delivery.
6. Safety and Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations policies and procedures.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular project reports including progress quality and safety updates.
Maintain accurate records of project documentation including drawings specifications and correspondence.
1. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering interior design or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project management site supervision and quality control.
1. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles building codes and regulations.
2. Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD Revit and other design software.
3. Excellent project management communication and problemsolving skills.
1. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
2. Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) or quality management (e.g. ISO 9001) are desirable.
