Experience: 02 to 04 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in the pump industry or related field.
Overview:
The Sales executive will be responsible for managing key accounts in the pump business and will Handle endtoend sales process fosters customer relationships and takes proactive measures to drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure discussion with Key accounts on annual pump consumption from existing models addition of new models and revision of rate contracts if applicable;
Analyse historical data and market trends to project sales and demand for existing models within key accounts;
Work closely with internal supply chain teams such as procurement and logistics to ensure timely stocking of materials and deliveries to key accounts;
Regularly track and analyse order volumes against projected sales identifying and addressing any deviations or discrepancies;
Coordinate with the finance department to follow up on outstanding payments from key accounts ensuring timely and accurate payment processing;
Conduct comprehensive profitability analysis for key accounts considering both overall account performance and individual model performance;
Act as a liaison between key accounts and the service team addressing and resolving any servicerelated issues promptly and efficiently;
Provide technical support and solutions to key accounts addressing any complications or challenges they may encounter with our products;
Analyse and calculate payouts for key accounts ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies if applicable.
Liaison with management on day to day basis for key strategic and operational activities;
Responsible for addition of new Key accounts;
Compliance to all the internal systems and practices (CRM Order fulfilment etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (OR) MBA in Sales and marketing Knowledge Required:
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism maturity and discretion in handling sensitive information and interacting with key accounts
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyse data create reports and perform complex calculations
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with key accounts internal teams and stakeholders
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Indepth understanding of the pump industry including knowledge of residential industrial
OEM and building pump systems.
Understanding of key account management strategies customer relationship management
(CRM) systems and customer retention practices.
Familiarity with pricing strategies contract negotiation and legal aspects of sales agreements
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software tools to manage accounts track sales activities and generate reports.
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends technological advancements and new product developments in the pump business.
Other requirements:
Should be sound in entrepreneurial thinking and technical skills
Should be willing to travel extensively in the region
