Role Description
This is a fulltime hybrid role as a Dell Boomi Consultant based in Bengaluru/Pune with flexibility for remote work. As a UKG Boomi Consultant you will be responsible for daytoday tasks related to the implementation and configuration of UKG applications including integrations with other systems. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements design data models develop workflows and provide technical expertise throughout the implementation process.
Job Responsibilities
- Works with client leadership and project members to identify analyze and devise solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to all areas of API and Boomi integration.
- Able to lead all phases of a UKG Dimensions Software implementation requirements design development testing and deployment using industry and UKG best practices.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify integration best practices implement process improvements and drives resources to deliver outcomes on time within budget and with exceptional quality.
- Proactively identifies project issues and recommend viable solutions
- Provides content expertise for tool set up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable of the UKG Dimensions integration platform and technologies
- Leads trainings in workforce management tools for leadership and staff.
- Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience with UKG Dimensions and Boomi Software Suite
Minimum of 4 years of experience integrating with API s
Bachelors degree or equivalen
Boomi Professional Certification
Minimum of 6 years of experience with UKG Integration (including WIM and Boomi)
Minimum of 6 years of experience with a combination of UKG Workforce Central and UKG Dimensions suites
Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system
Leadership skills to mentor and develop internal resources.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients ensuring their needs are met.
Role & Responsibilities
User Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients inquiries issues and requests related to the UKG Dimensions system.
Respond promptly to user queries via email phone or ticketing system.
System Enhancement:
Work closely with the UKG Dimensions development team to identify system improvements and enhancements.
Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and requirements for system enhancements.
Participate in the development and testing of system upgrades and new features.
Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver training materials for endusers to enhance their understanding of the UKG Dimensions system.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze system data to identify trends and issues that require attention.
Continuous Support and Maintenance:
Proactively monitor system performance and address potential issues before they impact users.
Maintain system configurations and user profiles as required.
Client Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients ensuring their needs are met.
Regularly update clients on system improvements scheduled maintenance and important announcements.
