Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and selfmotivated Technical Lead LMS with 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing Learning Management Systems (LMS) using .NET technologies Angular and SQL Server. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design development and maintenance of web applications while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and maintenance of .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET.
- Develop and manage user interfaces and components using Angular 8 and related frontend technologies.
- Create and optimize SQL Server databases focusing on design performance and maintenance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (UI/UX product management QA) to define design and deliver new features.
- Participate in code reviews testing and debugging to ensure high code quality and performance.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices and development methodologies.
- Oversee the development and integration of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Stay current with web development best practices to enhance application security and efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on LMS and .NET technologies.
- Extensive experience with Angular 8 and related frontend technologies.
- Expertise in SQL Server database management including optimization and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Solid understanding of web development best practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading highquality software solutions delivered on time.
