Powder Coating Painter
Pay:$18/HR. (Based on experience)
Hours:Day and Night Shift
Job type:Temp to Hire
Location:Catoosa Oklahoma
Job Description:
The Powder Coating Painter is responsible for surface preparation mixing and applying paint and ensuring highquality finishes on metal components.
What youll be doing:
- Abrading surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove scale sand paint grease tar rust and dirt ensuring a specified finish.
- Shoveling or pouring abrasives such as sand grit or shot into machine hoppers as required.
- Selecting premixed paints or mixing pigment oil and thinning/drying substances to match specified colors.
- Prepping products before and after painting including using power spray guns proficiently.
MustHave Qualifications:
- 1year previous Industrial Powder Coating painting experience required at least 6 months of previous experience.
- Ability to pass a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and be fitted for and wear a respirator.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physically active work.
