Job Description
Powder Coating Painter
- Pay: $18/HR
- Shifts:
- Day Shift and Night Shift available
- Employment Type: TemptoHire
- Location: Catoosa OK
Requirements
- Minimum6 months of previous industrial paint experiencerequired.
- Must pass aPulmonary Function Test (PFT)and be fitted to wear a respirator.
- Physically active and able to lift up to50 lbs.
Duties
- Abrade surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove scale sand paint grease tar rust and dirt imparting a specified finish.
- Shovel or pour abrasives such as sand grit or shot of specified grade into machine hopper.
- Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisors regarding painting tasks.
- Select premixed paints or mix required portions of pigment oil thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors.
- Prepare products for painting and perform postpainting preparation as needed.
- Use a power spray gun to apply paint.
