The Tenant Relationship Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the leasing agent and property management team ensuring effective communication with tenants and assisting with various tenantrelated tasks. This role involves preparing documentation managing tenant communications and supporting the overall operations of the apartment complex.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the leasing agent and property management team with daily administrative tasks including filing data entry and scheduling.
- Tenant Communications: Serve as a point of contact for tenants handling inquiries and providing information about lease terms due dates and property policies.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage documentation such as lease agreements eviction notices and other relevant paperwork.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain reports related to tenant occupancy lease renewals and other key metrics.
- Maintenance Requests: Receive and log maintenance requests from tenants ensuring timely communication with the maintenance team.
- Event Support: Help organize and support community events and activities to enhance tenant engagement and satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate tenant records and files.
