We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support across various teams including general office tasks such as organizing documents maintaining records managing communications and scheduling. You will assist in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling email correspondence coordinating meetings and supporting internal teams with administrative duties. Occasionally you will also provide light support to the sales team helping with tasks such as gathering new leads and maintaining client/leads records.
