We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support across various teams including general office tasks such as organizing documents maintaining records managing communications and scheduling. You will assist in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling email correspondence coordinating meetings and supporting internal teams with administrative duties. Occasionally you will also provide light support to the sales team helping with tasks such as gathering new leads and maintaining client/leads records.
Requirements
- Handle administrative tasks related to pricing and suppliers ensuring smooth internal operations.
- Communicate with suppliers via phone and email to gather pricing information and maintain supplier relationships.
- Maintain organized records of supplier communications and pricing data.
- Assist with lead generation by identifying potential clients through online research.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in business communication through emails and phone calls.
- Experience in pricing management or supplier communication is a plus but not required.
