- Responsible for overseeing the seamless of landscape and interior design projects from concept to completion ensuring they align with organizational goals and adhere to design standards.
- Engaged in the planning and design coordination process from conceptual design zoning layout planning and facilities proposals to material selection construction and project completion ensuring adherence to the established budget timeline and quality standards.
- Evaluate landscape and interior design proposals to ensure they align with market demands and project specifications.
- Reviewing detailed drawings and project specifications.
- Ensure that design solutions are practical visually appealing and adhere to applicable codes and regulations.
- Work in collaboration with architects engineers interior designers and landscape architects to achieve a unified design approach.
- Participate in and attend client and consultant meetings focused on overall planning landscape master planning and technical discussions to ensure the design intent is preserved throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with contractors consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure that all project aspects comply with regulations and meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with the Contract Department to resolve issues concerning contracts direct awards for facilities and landscape and interior design materials and specifications.
- Work with the Marketing and Branding Department to resolve issues related to brochure and model preparation for marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with the Property Management and Customer Relations Department to address issues concerning landscape maintenance.
- Participate in meetings with authorities and consultants prepare comprehensive reports and communicate effectively to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress.
- Evaluate design layouts and details to ensure safety practicality costeffectiveness aesthetic appeal functionality and a positive customer experience.
- Ensure that all design work adheres to quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Perform site visits to assess construction progress address issues and ensure strict compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Keep uptodate with the latest landscape and interior design trends technologies and best practices in landscape and interior design.
- Integrate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into projects.
- Perform research and analysis to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience in the consulting and property development industry is highly advantageous.
- Experience in highrise mixeduse developments residential properties and township projects.
- Possess a strong sense of design and creativity along with a keen attention to detail.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and personality along with strong organizational creative and practical skills to facilitate learning and growth within the company.
- Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin and English.
- Proficiency in Revit MS Office Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator AutoCAD Enscape and SketchUp.
- A team player who is willing to travel for coordination and site meetings.
