- Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future organizational needs by sourcing qualified candidates through various channels (job boards social media internal databases etc.).
- Identify engage and nurture relationships with both active and passive candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics (e.g. timetofill timetohire costperhire) to identify trends and improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of recruitment activities and outcomes to support decisionmaking.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure efficiency reduce timetohire and maintain high standards of candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline interview procedures and ensure consistency across departments.
- Conduct market research and recommend new channels for candidate sourcing including job boards professional networks and university partnerships.
- Assist in organizing and attending career fairs networking events and university recruitment programs to enhance the organizations visibility and talent pool.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities student organizations and career centers.
- Support the screening and assessment of candidates by reviewing resumes conducting initial interviews and assessing candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies to meet talent needs.
- Provide support in scheduling interviews creating candidate shortlists and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Support retention initiatives by analyzing exit interview data and providing insights on turnover rates.
- Recommend recruitment practices that enhance employee engagement and longterm retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
- At Least 23 years handson experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Proven knowledge and handson experience using Human Resources Management Systems.
- High efficiency with HR operations including hiring payroll recruitment selection benefits and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred.
- Proficient use of organizations HRIS payroll and similar employee management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds
