Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team in Lagos Nigeria. This onsite role will support our fullcycle recruitment process working closely with our Operations Manager and Senior Account Managers to deliver highquality talent solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing recruitment strategies for various roles and industries
- Conduct candidate sourcing using multiple channels including job boards LinkedIn and professional networks
- Perform initial resume screenings and preliminary phone/video interviews
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and update records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Conduct indepth candidate interviews and assessments
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles for client presentation
- Assist in offer management and placement processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of professional recruitment experience
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and channels
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruiting for multiple industries (e.g. healthcare finance technology)
- Knowledge of the Nigerian job market and employment trends
- Familiarity with AIpowered recruitment tools and technologies
- Experience in conducting competencybased interviews
