Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking aSr. QA Automation Engineer (Automation Framework and GitHub/GitLab) to join our dynamic team. QA automation engineer responsible for developing implementing and maintaining automated Quality Assurance Tests that enhance the efficiency and reliability of our software applications. Manual testing as needed is also a part of the testing suite of responsibilities. This role requires a strong background in software development and quality assurance with a focus on creating robust automation frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for various software applications ensuring highquality deliverables.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into automated testing strategies.
- Conduct software quality assurance activities including unit testing and integration testing to identify defects early in the development cycle.
- Utilize tools such as Node.js React HTML to create scalable automation solutions for mobile applications and web services.
- Implement data analysis skills to evaluate test results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in Kanban processes to ensure timely delivery of automation projects.
- Maintain documentation of automation processes test cases and results to support knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development with a strong emphasis on automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with commandline tools GitHub/GitLab for efficient development workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a teamoriented environment.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of automated Salesforce QA experience. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the lending industry is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual testing techniques and tools. Strong experience with automated testing tools, particularly those that integrate with Salesforce (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestComplete). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and issues to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator are a plus.
