Job Description

Position Summary
As a Lubricant Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers generating sales and representing our brand in a professional and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Sales Generation: Actively seek out new business opportunities and close sales of lubricant products.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our lubricant product line including their applications benefits and technical specifications.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers addressing their inquiries and solving problems related to lubricant usage.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to customers highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities performance metrics and customer feedback.



Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the lubricants or industrial manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
