Finance Manager Consolidated Reporting
Our client a prominent player in the insurance industry is seeking a Finance Manager Consolidated Reporting. This key position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to advance their career in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will be a vital part of the Corporate Finance team supporting global accounting and reporting functions and managing financial consolidation and legal entity reporting processes under IFRS.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the global legal entity accounting consolidation and reporting processes under IFRS working closely with finance teams across various global business groups.
Play a key role in the global consolidation process for subsidiaries in a multicurrency environment ensuring accuracy on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain and support the SAP S/4 HANA general ledger ensuring uptodate and accurate records.
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance operational efficiencies.
Prepare and review internal management reports including variance analysis and adhoc financial requests.
Implement and manage SOXcompliant controls for financial close and reporting processes.
Contribute to the accounting of complex transactions evaluating their impact on financial reporting and organizational performance.
Support regulatory filings and assist external auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
Coach and mentor junior staff fostering a highperformance team environment.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting.
CPA designation (CA CMA CGA or equivalent).
4 years of relevant experience in public accounting or large multinational organizations preferably in the financial or insurance sector.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting under IFRS.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA (including Fiori and Analysis for Office) is preferred; knowledge of Aptitude Accounting Hub is advantageous.
Familiarity with financial reporting tools like Longview Tableau or Workiva wDesk is a plus.
Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to focus on both detail and the bigger picture.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage conflicts drive change and influence stakeholders across a decentralized organization.
Strong communication skills capable of delivering clear concise results and recommendations.
Ability to lead projects manage competing priorities and drive operational excellence through technology (e.g. RPA).
Experience in mentoring and leading finance teams promoting continuous improvement.
Enhanced Reliability Clearance (ERC) is required.
