Business Development Manager Crypto

Juicyway is focused on becoming a leading force in the crypto trading market by
securing the best USDT rates and building a robust network of buyers and sellers.
Our goal is to reduce reliance on intermediaries and create a seamless cost
effective trading experience

Tasks

• Network Expansion: Develop and maintain a network of direct crypto sellers
  and buyers facilitating largescale USDT trades.
• Trade : Secure and execute daily USDT trades of $3 million or more
  at rates below what established OTCs are charging balancing both buy and
  sell side relationships.
• Market Insight: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks that
  could affect our trading strategy.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong longterm relationships with both
  sellers and buyers to ensure trust reliability and a steady flow of trades.
• Platform Development: Contribute to the growth of Juicyways P2P platform
  by onboarding and managing key buyers and sellers to enhance platform
  liquidity.
• Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates on trade performance market
  conditions and the health of buyer and seller relationships to senior
  management

Requirements

• Extensive experience in crypto trading with a proven network of both buyers
  and sellers.
• Ability to execute highvolume trades $3M daily at highly competitive rates.
• Deep understanding of the OTC market P2P trading dynamics and crypto
  liquidity management.
• Strong negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decisionmaking.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fastpaced highstakes
  environment.
