Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Manage nursing schedules and staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with local and national healthcare regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Resolve patient and staff concerns
- Oversee the maintenance of medical records
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Train and mentor nursing personnel
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
- Previous experience in nursing leadership role
- Valid nursing license in Gujarat
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Indepth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Understanding of healthcare administration and operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
