Overview
The Staff Nurse plays a crucial role in the healthcare system by delivering highquality patient care in Deoghar Jharkhand. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care according to established protocols.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
- Current Nursing license in Jharkhand.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical environment.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for patients.
- Problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
