Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care according to established protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for reactions.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health management and medication.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Implement nursing interventions based on patient needs.
- Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes.
- Assist in emergency resuscitation efforts.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
- Support patients physically and emotionally during their recovery.
- Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage time effectively while prioritizing patient care tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
- Current Nursing license in Jharkhand.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical environment.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for patients.
- Problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Adherence to nursing best practices and ethical guidelines.
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.
