Overview
The Quality Assurance role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This position plays a key role in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes as well as identifying areas for improvement. The Quality Assurance team is responsible for maintaining and improving the overall quality of our products ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Internal audits as per the processes pertaining to multiple departments across the organization.
- Create and maintain documentation as per Internal Audit.
- Conduct various reviews on projects.
- Maintain various QA records.
- MS Office.
- Knowledge of CMMI model
- Documentation knowledge and Skills.
- Good chaser and Taskmaster
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Quality Management)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Experience in Software Quality Assurance and project reviews.
- The candidate should have experience in process implementation audit planning and .
- Good eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of Agile Methodologies & Good understanding of processes.
- Knowledge of project metrics.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
