BPO Experience Mandatory
Handling Inbound & Outbound Processes
On paper Assistant Manager Quality&Training or T&Q Lead(2yrs Minimum on paper)
Should have handled more than 200 agents
Worked in multiple processes upto minimum 45
Should have handled both Quality & Training department
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or support role. 2. Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of language and grammar. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Familiarity with chat support software and CRM systems is a plus. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required. 8. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt. 9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
