Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing quality control systems and measures
- Inspecting and testing materials goods and products
- Identifying and resolving production and manufacturing problems
- Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Train staff in developing an attitude for quality services.
- Communicate quality control information to all departments including vendors.
- Produce daily production quality reports and analyses.
- Comply with all statutory bodies.
- Review technological advances regulatory standards and abreast of issues in the field
of QC.
- Identify and implement training needs for the production team to meet quality
standards.
Qualification:
- Graduate from IHM with additional professional qualifications in the field of QC.
Specific Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and protocols
- Understanding statutory requirements and compliance
- Advanced technology in QC systems and process
- Awareness of statistical tools
Professional Membership:
- Membership with professional bodies of the Hospitality industry would be an added
advantage.
