Job Description
Sales CoOrdinator Presales (JD)
CRM (Pipedrive) needs to be maintained with the help of BD.
Get the daily BD report from pipedrive.
Coordinate with BD and help them to increase the activities.
Listen to recordings.
Coordinate with design and procurement to complete the pending task.
Research on new leads.
Handle the call center reports.
Track BD travel expenses on software.
She/He needs to be involved till the PO & advance will come.
Coordinate with the whole team to get the project done.
Follow up with clients on payment receivables.
Creation of proposals & Invoices
Creation of PBG/ABG
Maintain the project documentation.
Track BDs after project KPI s
Daily project update report to Manager
