Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Configure SAP modules to meet business needs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Perform system testing and resolve any issues or bugs
• Provide enduser training and support
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams for seamless integration with other systems
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements
• Conduct system performance tuning and optimization
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for SAPrelated problems
• Collaborate with the development team to customize SAP functionalities as required
• Assist in project planning and task estimation
• Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Support in presales activities and solution demonstrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions
• Certification in one or more SAP modules
• Strong understanding of SAP configuration and customization
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Expertise in system integration with other enterprise systems
• Indepth knowledge of SAP technical architecture and components
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP project implementations
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards
• Experience in SAP system upgrades and migrations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts
• Understanding of business processes and their alignment with SAP solutions
