Job Description
We are hiring Assistant Manager Quality Control for a leading Manufacturing Company
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage quality control inspectors and technicians
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Monitor and analyze production and testing processes
- Lead investigations into product quality issues and nonconformances
- Conduct regular audits of the manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality concerns
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
- Train and educate employees on quality control protocols
- Prepare reports on quality performance and metrics
- Participate in the development of new products and processes
- Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment
- Handle customer complaints and qualityrelated inquiries
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality management system
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or related field
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to perform data analysis and interpret statistical information
- Experience in conducting audits and inspections
- Proficiency in quality control tools and software
- Certification in quality management or related field is a plus
- Detailoriented and resultsdriven mindset
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding of continuous improvement principles
- Strong decisionmaking and conflict resolution skills
