Job Description:
Should have experience in handing Team with WLA ITOM And ITSM
Should be having very good ControlM Administrative knowledge maintain ControlM and ControlM Enterprise Manager application
Must be very good at scheduling and Calendars creation
Analyze and resolve ControlM system production problems and execute ControlM utilities as required
Create reports using The ControlM/EM Reporting Facility
ControlM Administration Installation of ControlM server/EM/agents/CM Modules
Perform ControlM/Enterprise Manager (EM) and ControlM database maintenance
Implement applicationrelated functionality and The associated Control Modules
Hands On experience in Failover/fallback of ControlM environment
Should be well versed with Scripts / Tools maintenance and Upgrade
Manage resource definitions and Implement Load Balancing
Basic Knowledge on UNIX and Windows OS Networking and Databases
Should be well versed with recovery planning and implementation
Basic ITIL Knowledge for process
