We are hiring Purchase Manager for a leading Construction Company

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies
• Identify reliable suppliers and manage vendor relationships
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve cost savings
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs
• Assess and mitigate supply chain risks
• Utilize data and analytics to inform purchasing decisions
• Oversee the procurement team and provide leadership and guidance
• Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office suite
• Indepth knowledge of supply chain management principles
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CSCP CPIM) preferred
