CORPORATE SECURITIES ATTORNEYMIDLEVEL ASSOCIATE
LOCATION: Del Mar Heights San Diego CA
SALARY: $185k$240K
Overview:
We are seeking a talented midlevel associate to join our highly regarded Business & Technology team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on SEC filings public and private securities offerings and other critical securities matters while having significant client interaction and practice development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Handle SEC reporting filings and compliance matters
Work on public and private securities offerings
Draft prospectuses press releases board consents and other related documents
Engage directly with clients on a broad range of securities projects
Requirements:
46 years of experience in SEC reporting filings public and private securities offerings and compliance
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
California bar admission
Strong academic credentials
Compensation:
Salary range: $185000 $240000 plus generous bonuses
Competitive compensation for experience levels outside this range
