What you will be doing:
- Defend clients in civil litigation cases
- Handle premises and general liability defense
- Manage constructionrelated disputes
- Represent clients in medical malpractice defense cases
- Work with longterm care facilities on medical malpractice issues
- Defend against products liability claims
- Provide professional liability defense
- Handle trucking and vehicular liability defense
Experience you will need:
- Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar or sufficient UBE Score for admission
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong academic record
- Desire for bench and trial experience
