Corporate Associate Attorney Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Denver
Firm Overview
The firm has a leading Mergers and Acquisitions practice and is seeking a highly experienced M&A Associate that has worked on very large U.S. deals for at least three years.
Job Summary
This role is ideal for candidates with 4 6 years of toptier law firm private equity M&A deal experience demonstrating expertise in running intricate transactions. The firm is seeking a corporate transactional attorney with M&A and joint venture experience. You will be given the opportunity to work directly with clients and partners.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
Help run largescale private M&A deals
Representing sponsors portfolio companies and other private clients
Joint Ventures
Drafting ancillary agreements
Direct client communication
Knowledge of the latest due diligence software programs
Qualifications and Skills
Exceptional academic credentials including experience within a toptier law firm.
