What youll do
Take responsibility for driving Corporate Group & Entertainment revenue and achieve monthly targets by generating leads from these segments.
Work with our Area Director of Sales to develop and put in place an annual sales plan to source drive and grow the share on the Groups segment.
Own a preassigned portfolio of accounts taking the lead on negotiations and account management activities whilst ensuring we maximize our market share.
Drive new business prospecting activities across the Group segments research and identify
opportunities for new business in line with our budget.
Stay on top of the local marketplace and the competition to make sure we stay topofmind and ahead of the curve.
Cross sell all Hoxton properties globally where it works to maximize revenue opportunities across all
segments.
Work together with our AreaMeetings & Events team to optimize MICE potential and revenue on corporate accounts.

At least 2 years experience within a proactive sales environment in Amsterdam.
A little black book of DMCs TMCs and Entertainment agents that we can tap into would be ideal.
Youre passionate about hotel sales and are ambitious about your own career.
Keen to take ownership and work proactively; you dont have to be told what to do but want to take a lead role as part of a small team.
Youre looking to be part of a dynamic fastpaced environment where success often relies on being able to flex and change.
Youre a wiz at the Microsoft office suite. Experienced with Opera and RFP tools would be an advantage.
