Overview:
The Recruiter APAC plays a crucial role in the organizations talent acquisition process for the AsiaPacific region. They are responsible for sourcing screening and recruiting toptier candidates to meet the organizations staffing needs and strategic objectives while also ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract highquality candidates across APAC.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source and screen potential candidates through online channels social media and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge skills experience and cultural fit.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Manage the candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role preferably in a multinational organization or recruitment agency.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations across the APAC region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment is a plus.
