Job Description

Overview:

The Health Care Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing screening and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This position is essential in ensuring that the healthcare facility is adequately staffed with competent and dedicated professionals to provide highquality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract healthcare professionals including nurses physicians therapists and other allied health professionals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through online channels social media networking and industryspecific job boards.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates qualifications credentials and fit for specific job roles within the healthcare organization.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with qualified candidates collaborating with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the offer process including salary negotiation employment contracts and any necessary background checks or screenings.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and requirements ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data to analyze effectiveness and make datadriven decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends best practices and changes in healthcare recruitment.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Healthcare Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry with a deep understanding of healthcare roles and qualifications.
  • Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare professionals internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and timelines in a fastpaced healthcare environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and urgent staffing needs within the healthcare organization.
