Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager/Manager Contracts will be responsible for managing the contractual aspects of real estate projects including contract negotiation preparation and management. The role involves working closely with project teams and vendors to ensure that contracts are executed in compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare review and negotiate contracts with vendors contractors and other stakeholders.
- Contract Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards and company policies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in contractual agreements.
- Cost Control: Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring costeffective contract .
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and project teams to finalize contract terms with vendors.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all contractual agreements and updates for internal review.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 712 years of experience in contracts management within the real estate or construction industry.
- Education: Degree in Engineering Construction Management or Law (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of contract laws and negotiation techniques.
